What if learning became your child’s favourite adventure?

A question for every parent

Every child builds habits as they grow.
What habits are we helping our children build?

Some habits help children learn and grow. You may have noticed a few of these at home or in school.

These are common experiences, not labels. With regular practice, children can build helpful habits for paying attention, responding calmly and feeling more confident.

Maybe another lecture is not the answer.

Children can practise how they use their minds.

Start early

Starting early can help
build a strong foundation.

Children are still learning how to think, respond and build habits. The early years can be a good time to begin practising helpful ones.

  1. 01Seed
  2. 02Foundation
  3. 03Practice
  4. 04Development
  5. 05Advanced challenge

Children are learning new habits every day. Starting early gives them time to practise attention, confidence and good study habits.

As children grow, the training grows with them — becoming deeper, more challenging and more refined.

Start early. Build the foundation.
Then raise the challenge as the child grows.

The SatYogi approach

Work from the inside out.

SatYogi does not teach through long lectures. A child learns through experience — and the mental habits are built from within, rather than pressed on from outside.

The usual way

  1. Lecture
  2. Advice
  3. Instructions
  4. Pressure

The SatYogi way

  1. Experience
  2. Practice
  3. Awareness
  4. Discipline
  5. Development
A new way of learning

Learning can be fun.
And still have a clear plan.

Children learn through the things children do best.

The activities are enjoyable, and each one has a clear purpose. Children practise step by step, with regular guidance.

Train without competition

Every child has their own training journey.

Children do not have to compete with one another. The focus is on their own practice, their own progress and their own development.

  • No comparison
  • No competition
  • No pressure to outperform another child

The Mind Screen

Train the mind to hold, see, recall and work with information.

At the heart of the SatYogi approach is the Mind Screen — a practical tool for developing the ability to focus, visualise, hold information, recall and work with mental imagery.

Train the mind to see.

From page to picture

How the Mind Screen is practised

Words on a page become a picture in the mind. A picture is easier to hold, to understand and to recall.

  1. A child sitting cross-legged with eyes closed in warm window light
    01

    Settle & focus

A short, calm start. The body is still and the attention comes to one place.

  2. A child reading an open book at a desk under a warm lamp
    02

    Read slowly

Your child reads a short passage carefully, noticing what it describes.

  3. Glowing pictures of a tree, a sun, mountains and a house rising from an open book
    03

    See the picture

The words are turned into an image on the Mind Screen — colours, shapes, places.

  4. A child with eyes closed at a desk, gently recalling a tree, a mountain and a house
    04

    Hold & recall

Eyes closed, the picture is held, then recalled and explained in their own words.

Relaxation, focus and visual memory — practised together. The Mind Screen.

Six practices build the foundation

Six practices build strong foundations.
Quantum Reading is the next step.

Each activity helps children practise a different skill. Together, they cover attention, memory, imagination, focus and awareness of the world around us.

06

Enhancing the Five Senses

Practice

Activities use sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Children practise noticing details around them.

Practise using the senses · noticing · awareness

Bring it to noticing more about people, places and things around us.

The culmination of the six practices

Quantum Reading:
Level One.

Quantum Reading is SatYogi Academy's advanced reading practice, built on the six foundation exercises.

LEVEL ONE · WHOLE-BOOK UNDERSTANDING AT RAPID SPEED

The six foundation practices prepare students to use focus, visualisation, memory and the Mind Screen to picture a book and understand its overall meaning at rapid speed.

Advanced Quantum Reading skills are shared only with active SatYogi students as they progress through the programme.

These activities give children regular practice. Each child learns at their own pace; results can differ from child to child.

What students practise

Skills children can practise.
For learning and daily life.

Children practise these skills through guided activities. They can use the same skills when reading, studying, solving problems and doing everyday tasks.

Abilities, developed

Every child has strengths that may not yet be visible — even to the child themselves.

With discipline, consistent practice and a positive mindset, abilities can be developed.

SatYogi creates a structured environment where children can discover, practise and strengthen those abilities.

Step one · the mind screen

A first look at your own mind screen.

Before you read another word about us, try it yourself. Look for three seconds — then see how much your mind screen held.

Look once. See it within.

The difference

Testing is not training.

Most “brain” apps and memory classes measure a child once and hand back a score. That is a test. Training is what happens on the other 364 days.

Test

A score, and then nothing

  • The student sits one memory test
  • A number appears on the screen
  • It is over in a few minutes
  • Nothing is repeated, so nothing is built

It tells you what a child can do today.

Train

A practice, repeated daily

  • The same structured exercises, every day
  • A live class with the master, five days a week
  • A daily practice list at home, in the training library
  • Progress recorded, so the child can see the habit

It is how a child practises what they want to improve.

A test measures. Training is the practice that comes after it.

How it works

Five simple steps.
One steady rhythm.

  1. 1

    Child trains

    Daily structured practice.

  2. 2

    Child experiences

    Learning happens through engaging experiences.

  3. 3

    Child develops

Skills are strengthened through consistent practice.

  4. 4

    Child progresses

The challenges become deeper as ability develops.

  5. 5

    Teacher supervises

Practice and progress can be reviewed.

Supervised progress

Structure underneath.
Guidance throughout.

Every stage of the journey is structured and guided under experienced supervision — and nothing is left to guesswork.

  • 01

    Structured daily training

A short daily routine, laid out in order. Nothing to browse, nothing to choose.

  • 02

    Practice recorded

A practice counts only once it has genuinely been done.

  • 03

    Progress tracked

See how consistent your child has been and which pathway they are on.

  • 04

    Progressive levels

Foundation, Intermediate and Mastery — the challenge deepens as ability develops.

  • 05

    Teacher supervision

Live classes with the master trainer, with practice and progress open to review.

  • 06

    Reports for parents

A practice record is sent to parents, so you don’t have to ask.

Your child doesn’t need another screen.
They need a better way to use it.

The SatYogi journey

Four stages.
One step at a time.

Children practise simple mind skills, then use them in learning and everyday life. Follow the path from getting ready to applying what they practise.

Practice · Patience · Consistency
  1. A girl sitting calmly in meditation with a soft golden glow around herStage 1 · Prepare

    Get calm and ready

    “Pause. Settle. Begin.”

Guided imagery and a short focus activity help your child get ready to learn.

  2. A girl with eyes closed, picturing a tree, a flower, a house and a puppy on her Mind ScreenStage 2 · Awaken

    Picture and notice

    “Imagine. Observe. Explore.”

Use the Mind Screen and five senses to picture ideas and notice details.

  3. A girl pointing at a glowing grid of coloured shapes, remembering what she sawStage 3 · Train

    Remember and understand

    “Notice. Recall. Connect.”

Memory and quick-picture exercises practise recall. Quantum Reading Level One works towards understanding a whole book at rapid speed.

  4. A girl reading a glowing book as ideas and pictures rise from its pagesStage 4 · Apply

    Use practice in learning

    “Bring practice into daily life.”

Children practise applying these skills while reading, studying, creating and doing everyday activities.

We don’t promise shortcuts. We train skills through structured practice — and the best way to understand it is to see it for yourself.

SatYogi Experience

One assessment before training begins.

Understand your child’s current abilities before starting the InnerSight training programme. This is an opportunity to observe, assess, and establish a baseline for future progress.

The introductory assessment
  • Memory assessment. Explore how your child observes, remembers, and recalls information.
  • Focus assessment. Observe your child’s ability to pay attention to visual and auditory tasks.
  • Concentration assessment. Understand how your child sustains attention during guided activities.
  • Individual guidance. Discuss your child’s assessment with the master trainer and understand the areas to work on.
  • A baseline for progress. Record initial observations before training begins, so future assessments can be compared with the starting point.

Track progress over time

The initial assessment establishes your child’s starting point. After beginning the InnerSight Method training, progress can be reviewed at three milestones:

  1. 3After 3 monthsReview changes in memory, focus, and concentration.
  2. 6After 6 monthsRepeat comparable exercises and assess progress against the baseline.
  3. 9After 9 monthsConduct a further assessment to understand progress over the longer term.

Progress should be documented using comparable exercises and consistent assessment criteria. Every child develops differently, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Begin with an assessment. Train with purpose. Measure progress.

Our aim is to understand where each child begins, provide consistent training, and evaluate changes over time rather than make promises before the journey starts.

Why It Works

Why these practices work

The programme draws on established principles of attention, visualisation, memory, breathing and deliberate practice — each exercise works with something the brain can already do, and strengthens it with daily practice.

01

Focus can be trained

Just like a muscle gets stronger with exercise, attention gets stronger with daily practice.

02

Picturing is real brain work

When we imagine something, the brain works almost the same way as when we actually see it. That's how the Mind Screen is built.

03

Breathing calms the body

Slow, steady breathing helps the body relax and shift from stress to calm — whenever it's needed.

04

Daily practice creates change

The brain changes with repetition. Doing the same practice every day is what makes the results last.

Advanced Mind Screen Demonstrations

Don't take our word. Watch our students.

Students explore progressively challenging exercises involving perception, visualisation, and memory. Let the demonstrations speak for themselves.

Chain Memory

20+ objects recalled in order — forwards and backwards.

Mind Screen · Picture the Answer

A student demonstration: the student pictures the answer on the Mind Screen, then reveals it.

Mind Screen · Picture the Answer (2)

A second student demonstration of the same exercise, recorded in class.

Mind Screen · Card Demonstration

A student demonstration: she shuffles the cards, pictures the answer on her Mind Screen, then reveals it exactly as she saw it.

Mind Screen · Visual Scanning Practice

A student demonstration of visual scanning: hidden cards read, held in memory and recalled in the correct sequence.

Mind Screen · Closed-Book Demonstration

A student demonstration: information recalled from a chosen page of a closed book.

New demonstrations every week

Questions

Asked before every journey

Children take part in guided activities such as relaxation, focus, memory and visualisation. They practise using the Mind Screen and can apply these skills to studies and daily life.

Classes run in three batches: ages 5–9, ages 10–16, and adults. Every student follows the same four-stage Inner Journey — Prepare, Awaken, Train, Apply — and only the pacing changes. The fee depends on age: ₹15,000 below 10 years and ₹45,000 from 10 years, both for nine months.

The Mind Screen is the name SatYogi gives to the picture space we imagine in our mind. In training, children practise making pictures in it, holding them there and remembering what they saw.
